Apprenticeship Program

This is a three year program where members work side by side with maintainers assisting with and performing regular work assignments.


The following departments are part of the Apprenticeship agreement:

  • Department of Car Equipment (DCE)
  • Lighting
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Ventilation and Drainage (V&D)
  • Elevator and Escalator (E&E)
  • Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  • Power Signals
