AutoCAD is a computer-aided design and drafting software. This course will allow members to create two and three dimensional prototypes using step by step instruction and hands-on projects based on real-world designs. Members will learn the fundamentals of AutoCAD to prepare 2D drawings. Topics will include the Auto CAD drawing interface, display commands, cad tools and drawing setups, scale, basic draw and edit commands, layers, text and so much more. Members will master these concepts through the creation of a variety of 2D technical drawings. Members must have a working knowledge of computers.
